We are seeking a hardworking, energetic, and reliable Shop Assistant (Phụ quán cơm) to join our busy restaurant team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily meal service. From food preparation assistance and serving customers to maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment, your work helps us deliver quality meals to our patrons. We provide a "live-in" (bao ăn ở) arrangement, offering a stable and supportive environment for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Support: Assist the main cook in preliminary food preparation, such as washing and cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and organizing ingredients for the daily menu.

Customer Service & Serving: Welcome customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a friendly, efficient manner. Ensure that cutlery and condiments are always available.

Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the dining area (wiping tables, sweeping floors) and the kitchen area (washing dishes, cleaning surfaces) throughout the shift.

Stock Management: Assist in receiving and storing daily ingredients, ensuring that supplies are rotated and the pantry is organized.

Closing & Cleanup: Participate in the end-of-day cleanup, including washing dishes, sanitizing food preparation areas, and ensuring the kitchen equipment is turned off and stored safely.

Operational Assistance: Help with packaging takeaway orders, restocking self-service items, and supporting other team members during peak hours to ensure fast service.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: No formal education required; a willingness to learn and work is the most important qualification.

Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, food stall, or canteen environment is highly preferred, but we are open to training hardworking individuals.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Ability to work with basic kitchen tools and dishwashing equipment.
