Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging workshops, tutoring sessions, or educational demonstrations tailored to diverse age groups and learning levels.

Curriculum Adaptation: Adjust teaching materials and methods on the fly to meet the immediate needs and skill levels of participants attending the event.

Learning Environment Management: Create a welcoming, organized, and distraction-free space for study and interaction, managing group sizes to ensure effective learning.

Resource Coordination: Prepare and manage educational supplies, handouts, and audiovisual aids required for each session, ensuring all materials are ready and accessible.

Participant Engagement: Actively encourage participation, provide constructive feedback, and adapt your teaching style to keep students motivated and focused.

Safety & Inclusion: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring all participants feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged to ask questions.

Feedback & Documentation: Gather feedback from participants or parents after sessions and provide brief reports to management on attendance and educational outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, a specific subject area, or equivalent teaching experience; valid teaching certification is a strong plus.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tutoring, classroom instruction, or youth program leadership.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of core academic subjects or specialized skills (e.g., STEM, arts, literacy).

Ability to use modern educational technology and presentation tools.

Experience in classroom or group management strategies for diverse settings.
